USE YOUR VOICE.
Look for opportunities to speak out against racism – use your voice to be an advocate for racial justice.
And remember that, more often than not, in arguments about human rights, it’s not about trying to persuade the other party – it’s not about them. Their minds are made up.
It’s about persuading the onlookers and the over-hearers. If you stand up against racism to a racist, don’t expect to change their mind – hope that the people who hear you know that advocates exist. Don’t be silent in the face of injustice – silence puts you on the side of the oppressors.
