I often read my favourite writers and my head will envy their style, their commitment to writing, their voice, even their ideas.
My heart will be jealous and full of longing.
I would love to write like Dallas Clayton, because it’s short and very to-the-point.
And, I always “browse away” challenged or inspired by his words.
{And, envious of his voice.}
Lately I’ve been realizing (especially with the help of my husband) that I have a very unique voice.
I am a brand. I talk about things in such a way that it redefines words in people’s minds.
I guess my conclusion to this thought process is: if I’m consistent in pursuing my passion, it will only develop my voice, my style, and my skill even more.
There’s no need to be jealous, only inspired.
“There’s no need to be jealous, only inspired.”
Beautiful quote Mrs. Roquemore.
